These Community Guidelines (these "Guidelines") describe the rules and expectations applicable to your use of the GOONOVA mobile application and related services (the "Services"). The Services are owned and operated by Northwind Jack Co., Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Thailand (the "Company", "we" or "us").
These Guidelines are incorporated into and form part of our Terms of Service (the "Terms"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Guidelines, you must not access or use the Services.
GOONOVA is a private personal wellness tracking application. Our community features (including leaderboards and friend sharing) are built on a foundation of mutual respect, trust, and privacy. We reserve the right to take action, including suspension or permanent termination of your account, against users who violate these Guidelines.
1. Respectful Conduct
You agree to treat every user with dignity and respect. GOONOVA is a judgment-free space for personal wellness. You shall not:
- Engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward other users;
- Post or communicate hate speech or content that discriminates against individuals based on their race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic;
- Direct demeaning, insulting, or abusive communications at other users;
- Engage in any behavior intended to intimidate, shame, or coerce another user; or
- Otherwise act in a manner that is harmful to the community or inconsistent with the purpose of the Services.
If you engage with others through GOONOVA's social features, you agree to do so with kindness and in good faith.
2. Privacy and Confidentiality
GOONOVA's social features are built with privacy controls by design. You are responsible for respecting the privacy of other users. You shall not:
- Share another user's display name, session data, wellness information, or leaderboard standing outside the Services without their explicit consent;
- Attempt to identify or de-anonymize other users from data visible in the Services;
- Screenshot, record, or otherwise capture the personal data of other users for the purpose of sharing it externally; or
- Disclose any information about another user's activity or status that you have access to through the Services.
The leaderboard and friend-sharing features are on by default and can be turned off at any time from the Privacy & Friends section of your account settings. You agree to respect the choices other users make in their own privacy controls, including the choice to hide their 24-hour stroke count, opt out of the leaderboard, or decline friend requests. Do not pressure, shame, or attempt to circumvent another user's privacy choices.
3. Authentic Use
The integrity of the GOONOVA experience depends on authentic use. You shall not:
- Create or maintain more than one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose is prohibited;
- Falsify, inflate, or otherwise manipulate session data, stroke counts, or frequency logs to misrepresent your activity on the leaderboard;
- Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or other automated means to generate, modify, or interact with session data;
- Impersonate another person or create a display name that is intended to deceive other users or the Company;
- Misrepresent AI Coaching Insights content as advice from another person, from a medical professional, or as an official statement of the Company. AI Coaching Insights are automated responses tailored to your own data and should be treated as such; or
- Engage in any other activity that undermines the integrity of the Services or the leaderboard.
We may investigate and remove accounts that show signs of inauthentic activity, without prior notice and without any liability to you.
4. Lawful Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful personal wellness purposes. You shall not:
- Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or private information without authorization;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, networks, or infrastructure;
- Attempt to circumvent our security measures, authentication systems, or content restrictions;
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction; or
- Use the Services to facilitate any illegal activity.
5. Content Standards
Any content you submit through the Services, including display names, must comply with the following standards. You shall not submit content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy;
- Is sexually explicit in a manner directed at other users (note: the Services themselves relate to sexual wellness, but this does not permit sexually explicit communications directed at other users);
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party;
- Contains software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Services; or
- Constitutes spam, unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, or promotional materials.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter another user who you believe is violating these Guidelines, we encourage you to report it to us. We take all reports seriously and will investigate in good faith.

When reporting, please include as much context as possible (including dates, usernames, and descriptions of the conduct) so we can investigate effectively. We will make reasonable efforts to protect the identity of users who submit reports.
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take action against users who violate these Guidelines, including but not limited to:
- Issuing warnings;
- Temporarily suspending access to the Services;
- Permanently terminating accounts;
- Removing or modifying content that violates these Guidelines; and
- Reporting illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
The action we take will depend on the nature and severity of the violation, as determined by us in our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action, and we are not obligated to disclose the reasons for any enforcement action.
8. Age Requirement
All users of the Services must be at least 18 years of age. GOONOVA is a sexual wellness application and is not directed to minors. If we determine that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account.
9. Modifications to These Guidelines
We reserve the right to update these Community Guidelines at any time and for any reason. We will notify you of material changes through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Guidelines. If you do not agree to the revised Guidelines, you must stop using the Services.
